Return Policy
At Skortshop we aim for the highest quality possible with all our garments. In the unlikely event something has slipped through our quality control, please follow our ‘How to return an item process’ below for a full refund or exchange.
How to return an item
An exchange or refund will be issued provided that:
- The customer sends an email to enquiries@skortshop.com.au within 14 days of receipt informing us of the return and the reason for the return. Skortshop will acknowledge your email.
- The item is returned within 14 days of receipt
- The item is unworn and in its original condition with swing tags and labels still attached
- You return the item together with a copy of your receipt and a short note indicating the reason for the return and whether a refund or exchange is required
Additionally, in order for us to process your refund please include in your return package:
- Contact name, school, address, phone number and email address
- BSB, Account Number and Account Name of where refund is to be deposited.
- Please use school name as reference
