Return Policy
At Skortshop we aim for the highest quality possible with all our garments. In the unlikely event something has slipped through our quality control, please follow our ‘How to return an item process’ below for a full refund or exchange.
How to return an item
An exchange or refund will be issued provided that:
- The customer sends an email to enquiries@skortshop.com.au within 14 days of receipt informing us of the return and the reason for the return. Skortshop will acknowledge your email.
- The item is returned within 14 days of receipt
- The item is unworn and in its original condition with swing tags and labels still attached
- You return the item together with a copy of your receipt and a short note indicating the reason for the return and whether a refund or exchange is required
Skortshop will email a label to be attached to the return package. There is no cost to customers for returns.
Upon receipt of the returned garment, Skortshop will arrange a refund of the item/s via PayPal.

We appreciate the time taken to give a reason for a return. We strive for best possible quality so really appreciate your feedback and comments.
