We love that so many people comment positively on our logo – with the bright colours and the girls jumping all around the ‘Skortshop’ letters. And we think it sums up our brand pretty well because we’re all about making comfy stretchy skorts for maximum activity and movement.

However you may wonder why the logo has bright pinks and oranges, when our skorts are made in the six school colours – navy, black, red, royal, green and maroon. You can see the range on our shop page.

Well the truth is, we didn’t set out to make school sports uniform skorts.

Initially we designed a flattering skort for weekend wear. However soon a few primary schools decided they’d make great sports uniforms…and they were right! And that’s how we ended up making skorts as school sports uniforms for primary school girls.

And it’s also the reason they’re so flattering.

And if you team a red or navy skort with a cute t-shirt on the weekend, who’d know it’s a uniform?

One day we’ll get back to making our skorts in other colours. Maybe yellow, orange or pink. More information coming soon.
